After 10 years dabbling in wellness while I pursued all the “shoulds” of life, I woke up one morning to realize my life was nothing that I wanted it to be. I was technically healthy — I ate all the right things, worked out 5 days a week, got enough sleep, had clear skin — but I was actually miserable and definitely not well.
This wake up call taught me that real food nutrition is a critical cornerstone of wellness…but it’s not the whole picture.
Which is why today, I coach people like you on how to create wellness that works for you, so you can focus on the big things in life. In this course, I use food as an approachable channel to giving you
